Green Pea Soup Recipe

Servings: Three to Four

 Fresh green peas 1 cup
2. Onion 1 medium-size
3. Milk 1/2 cup
4. Butter 1 teaspoon
5. Sugar 1 pinch
6. Pepper powder to taste
7. Salt to taste
8. Chopped coriander leaves




Recipe for Pea Soup


1.
Add one cup of water and sugar to the peas. Cook till the peas are tender. Keep aside to cool.

Chop the onion.

Heat butter in a utensil.

Add the onion pieces. Fry till they are tender.

Grind the peas and onion pieces to a fine paste.

Transfer the paste to a utensil.  Add one cup of water to the mixer jar, shake it and pour the water with any remaining paste to the utensil.

TIPS
Recipe for Pea Soup
1.
If soup is thick, add boiled water and mix.

If soup is thin / watery, add about 1/4 teaspoon of corn flour to one tablespoon of water. Mix. Add to the soup. Bring it to boil.
