For filling:


1.
Oil 2 teaspoons
2. Jeera / cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
3. Onions 4-5
4. Green chilies 5-6
5. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
6. Chopped ginger 1/4 teaspoon
7. Cashew nuts 12-15
8. Sugar 2 pinches
9. Salt to taste
10. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon

1. Chop onions into thin, long pieces.

Fry till the jeera turns to golden brown.

Fry till nuts turn to golden brown.

6. Add onion and sugar. Mix.

Fry till the onion is just tender.

Cover with a plate and cook for a few more minutes, ensuring that the onions are not fully cooked.
