Roughly chop the groundnuts.
If you have fresh groundnuts, use it. In this case, no need to soak them.
|2.||Heat oil till it becomes hot.|

Cook till the vegetables are almost cooked.

Add rice flour, soda, ajwain, turmeric, salt, hing and chili powder.
Make a moderately-thick batter by mixing and adding water, little by little.
If you like besan and if you want to make mirchi bajjis similar to sold in stores, prepare thick batter with more soda.
1 teaspoon of oil.
Add to the flour mixture.
Batter is ready.

Drop gently into the oil.
till the bajjis turn golden brown.
Remove and place on napkins.
Mirchi bajji, milagai bajji, menasinakayi bajji or mirapakaya bajji is ready.
|TIPS||Mirchi Bajji Recipe|
|1.||Taste a seed of the bajji mirchi. If it is hot, do not add chili powder to the filling.|
|2.||Add a teaspoon of roasted gram powder to the filling to make the bajjis tastier.|
