2. Tomato 1 no
3. Onion 1 small
4. Green chilli 1 or to taste
5. Coconut gratings 1 tablespoon
6. Lemon juice to taste
7. Salt to taste
8. Chopped, fresh coriander leaves

Mung Bean Sprout Salad

1. Wash sprouted moong. Drain the water.

2. Chop onion, tomato and green chilli into fine pieces.

3. Mix sprouted moong,onion, chilli, tomato, coconut gratings, salt and lemon juice.

4. Sprouted moong salad is ready.
