|TIPS||How to make Cucumber Raita|
|1.||Use black pepper powder as a substitute for, or in addition to, chili.|
|2.||Always use fresh curd, which is not sour.|
|3.||If you wish to keep the raita for a few hours, at room temperature, add 1/8-teaspoon of sugar, so the raita does not become sour.|
