6. Water 2 cups

Masala for Mint Rice:

Fresh pudina / mint leaves 1 small bunch
2. Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 small bunch
3. Green chilies 4-5
4. Fresh grated coconut 1-2 tablespoon
5. Saunf 1/2 teaspoon



How to make Pudina Rice?

Wash the pudina and coriander leaves.

Grind the pudina and coriander leaves, green chillies, fennel seeds / saunf, and coconut gratings to a paste.

Cut the potato into medium-size cubes.

7. Add the ground masala paste.

Fry until there is no raw smell of the pudina leaves.
