Ingredients:

1. Rice / Jeera Rice 1 cup
2. Oil 1 tablespoon
3. Ghee 1 tablespoon
4. Onions 2 medium
5. Fresh peas 1 cup
6. Green chilies 3-4
7. Cloves 6-7
8. Whole cardamoms 4-5
9. Cinnamon sticks 2 small pieces
10. Water 2 cups
11. Salt to taste

How to make Peas Pulao?


1. Wash rice. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

3. Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker pan.

4. Add cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon. Be careful, because cloves sometimes burst. Fry.

6. Add rice and chillies. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

8. Add two cups of boiling water and salt. Mix.

10. Remove the lid after there is no pressure.
