Here is how to prepare coconut milk at home.

|14.||Pudina or mint leaves 20-25 leaves|
|15.||Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon|
|17.||Salt to taste|
oil and butter.
Add the items below as soon as the butter melts.
Add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf and cardamom.
Fry for a few seconds.

Fry till the onion turns to golden brown.
Fry till the pudina becomes soft.
The quantity of coconut milk and water should equal one cup.
Add water, coconut milk, chopped coriander and salt.
Bring to boil.
Mix again when the mixture starts to boil. Close the lid and insert the weight.
Cook for 2 whistles or according to your cooking preference.
