12. Ginger, chopped 1/2 teaspoon
13. Turmeric powder 1/8 teaspoon
14. Coconut gratings 2 tablespoons
15. Salt to taste
16. Coriander leaves few sprigs

1. Wash and dry the mango.

Remove the top.

Grate the mango with a medium-hole grater.

The gratings should be about 1/2 cup.
2. Switch-on the stove.

Heat oil, in a thick-bottom utensil, till it becomes hot.
3. Add mustard.

Wait till it starts to splutter.
4. Add groundnut and chana dal.

Fry for 10 secs.

Add urad dal and jeera.
