|1.||Wheat flour bread / white bread 3 slices|
|2.||Chiroti rava / fine rava 1/2 cup|
|3.||Rice flour 1/4 cup|
|4.||Curd / yogurt 1/2 cup or buttermilk 1 cup|
|5.||Salt to taste|

If you are using buttermilk use less water.
Keep aside for about 5 minutes.

If the mixture becomes thick, add water and mix.
The bread dosa batter is ready.
Heat a dosa tava.
Coat the tava with little oil.
When the tava becomes hot, pour a laddle full of the batter at the

Cook till both sides turn to golden brown.

Serve hot with a dollop of butter and a side dish like onion tomato chutney.
|1.||If you do not have chiroti or fine rava, use medium or local rava and grind it along with the bread pieces.|
