7. Red chili Powder 2 teaspoons or to taste
8. Dhania powder 2 teaspoons
9. Channa masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
10. Garam masala powder 1/2 - 1 teaspoon
11. Turmeric 1/8 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste
13. Finely-chopped onion and coriander leaves for garnishing

1. Onion 1 small size
2. Ginger small piece
3. Garlic 3 flakes
4. Dry coconut pieces 1/4 cup
5. Poppy seeds / khus khus 2 teaspoons
6. 1 teaspoon oil

1. Chop the small-size onion into small pieces.

3. Fry onion, ginger and garlic in oil, till the onion turns to golden brown.

1. If you do not want to grind the masala:
