|3.||Curry leaves 1 sprig|
|4.||Dried red chillies 2|
|5.||Tamarind small piece|
|6.||Salt to taste|
fry toor dal, red chillies, and curry leaves,
till the toor dal turns to golden brown.
Keep aside to cool.
dry coconut pieces, tamarind, salt and fried
ingredients to a mixer jar.
Dry grind to a coarse powder.
water and grind to a paste.
Toor dal chutney is ready.

|1.||Use green chillies in case you do not have red chilies.|
|2.||You will have to add more water while grinding, because the fried toor dal consumes much water.|
