|5.||Curry leaves 1 sprig|

|7.||Salt to taste|

till it becomes hot.
Turn the flame to low.
Fry the groundnuts till these crackle and the outer layer breaks
Switch-off the stove.
Continue to fry for a few more minutes so the groundnuts become crispy.
Switch-on the stove.
Add a few drops of oil.
Fry till these become hot.
