2. Urad dal 1 teaspoon
3. Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
4. Green chilies 3-4
5. Fresh coriander, few sprigs 
6. Curry leaves 1 sprig (optional)
7. Oil 1 teaspoon
8. Salt to taste

1. Cut the tomatoes into big pieces.

4. Add tomatoes, chilies, curry leaves and a pinch of salt.

Fry till the tomatoes become tender.

5. Add coriander.

Fry for 1 minute.
