Servings: Two to Three


1. Cashew nuts 2 tablespoons
2. Copra / dry coconut pieces 1/4 cup
3. Dry red chillies 3-4
4. Tomato 1 (optional, see TIPS below)
5. Oil 1 tablespoon
6. Salt to taste

How to make Cashew Chutney?

1. Soak red chillies and cashew nuts in water for 15-20 minutes.

2. Boil tomato in water for 2 minutes.

Remove the tomato and place it in cold water, so the tomato can cool.

Remove the skin of tomato.

3. Grind copra pieces, cashew nuts, red chillies and tomato into a paste with enough water.

4. Heat oil in a utensil.

5. Add ground chutney. Mix.
