1. Brahmi / ondelega / centella asiatica / gotu kola 2 small-bunches
2. Fresh coconut pieces 1/3 cup
3. Green chilies 3-4
4. Roasted gram 1 tablespoon
5. Tamarind small piece
6. Oil 1/4 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste

How to make Brahmi Chutney?

1. Clean and wash the brahmi and coriander leaves. Drain the water completely.

Slit the green chilies.
2. Heat oil.

3. Add the brahmi and coriander leaves and green chillies to a kadai.

Fry till the leaves wilt.

Keep aside to cool.
4. Keep the items ready.

Add the above items and the leaves to a mixer jar.

Grind all the ingredients, with little water, to a paste.
